Namaqua National Park is a South African national park situated approximately 495 km north of Cape Town and 22 km northwest of Kamieskroon.
August was a bit early this year to catch Namaqualands abundant spring bloom of brightly coloured wildflowers but even the few patches of flowers that popped up here and there, was enough to brighten up my day.
If you haven’t driven pass names like Kwass se baai camp site, Wildeperdeoekpas, Koekenaap and Lutzville you have not seen nothing yet!!! Now I understand when people refer to all this hidden gems, quoting so passionately:”West Coast, my West Coast”
